The property is fenced and cross fenced, with a couple of chicken coups in the yard behind the house. The old storm shelter has a nice metal building attached that could maybe a smoke house with a little effort. The house has a ventless propane heater in the kitchen, and a pad for a wood stove in the living room. The wood stove pictured is not staying. There are two small rooms off the living room that have been used as bedrooms, but there is just one small closet. There is another room with an exterior door off the living room that could be used as a bedroom, but there is no closet. There is also a loft room above that room.
